The importance of automatic curling machine

The automatic curling machine is a process of changing the external dimensions or performance of the workpiece with a processing machine. According to the temperature state of the workpiece being processed, it can be divided into cold processing and hot processing when it is used. It is generally processed at room temperature and does not cause chemical or physical phase changes of the workpiece. It is called cold processing.

Mechanical processing is generally performed at a temperature higher or lower than normal temperature, which will directly cause the chemical or physical phase change of the workpiece, which is called hot processing. Cold processing can be divided into cutting processing and pressure processing according to the difference in processing methods. Thermal processing commonly includes heat treatment, forging, casting and welding. The first is the requirements for the hardness of the material. For some occasions, the higher the hardness of the material, the better. It is only limited to the hardness requirements of the processing machine. The processed material cannot be too hard. If it is harder than the machine, it cannot be processed.

When the products are in precision mechanical parts, different degrees of processing are required according to different product requirements, and the degree of processing needs to be divided. If the accuracy requirements are not high, then a simple roughing stage is enough. The schedule of products is becoming more and more stringent, and the semi-finishing and finishing stages will follow.
